So here lately i've been working out every night and been trying to eat healthier and so far it's working. In a little less than a month i've lost 20 lbs and im starting to get back in shape. Instead of my familiy's usual midnight run to burger king for dinner i've been making home cooked meals for the past 2 weeks. The past 3 nights i've made pretty awesome stuff. The first night a made a whole wheat pasta with homemade vodka tomato sauce casserole. The second night I made steak, rice, and a vegetable medley and then tonight I made monterey jack & chipotle hamburgers with baked garlic fries and everyone loved it. For the first time in a while we're actually eatting together again it's awesome
