ha i finaly beat the man!!!! the parking nazis left me a present yesturday morning. a 45$ ticket for parking on the " sidewalk ". i did a poor job of parking i admit it but i was on the curb not the sidewalk! so i took a picture with my treo (best 400$ i ever spent ] and contested the ticket the officer that saw my picture agreed that it wasn't on the sidewalk ( but was improperly parked a 10$ offense if they had written it that way) so i got off. Yes score one for the little guy. If you can't tell i'm pretty fuckin' bored. I really do hate the parking nazis they've caught me for hundreds of dollars worth in fines. wilmington is a parking nazi stong hold.
