i would just like to take this opportunity to offer some of what i believe are known as 'mad pr0pz' to mr will rutter.

dude put on a storming gig at dingwalls tonight, including a total primus-a-like, a live hip-hop-jazz combo, and the world's most terrifying human beatbox. took me 15 minutes to notice there was no drummer or drum machine, and believe me i listen for these things. bloody unbelievable. and a dude who juggled while playing very complex drum patterns.

talented bastards.

so, i highly recommend 'Jam by the Lock', a monthly event in Dingwalls, Camden. very very very cool. with any luck, i'll be playing the next one, doing some acoustic shit...

and speaking of which, see some of you on wednesday at bartok, chalk farm, i hope - playing bass for a good friend at a gig there...
