It's not ordinary to see two adult groundhogs sharing each others company. They usually fight to defend their space. Attitudes change for a short period when the weather turns spring-like.

Sunny day today with bikes going by. I'm going to wait a while longer and give the accumulated anti-skid and salt water snow melt rivulets a chance to remove themselves from my "racing" line before I hit the road.
