I am now almost done of day 2 being smoke free. I am using the nicotine patch. I've been drinking lots of water (and coffee) and also eating lots of crunchy veggies, ie carrots, celery, peppers. So far so good
I really hate smoking, I dont enjoy it at all. I never realized how bad I must've stunk until the last couple days at work. When people come in from having a cig outside, they smell SO BAD! That also helps me out a lot.
