Awwwww . . . sorry man. I'm feeling the lingering effects of holiday foods and stuck insideness in the form of pudgy wudgy stari thighs and tummy, so I completely understand your distress.

I did some yoga and weight stuff here at home, and oh dear! I'm so out of shape. Sore, sore, sore. Sad, sad, sad.

Hopefully, going for a hike or beach roaming this weekend. That will make my heart and lungs happy happy.

PS~ There is nothing girlie in the desire to treat the spirit's home well with good veggie food and plenty of exercise. Mind and spirit both seem much clearer when the body is well cared for (as I'm sure you actually know, my leg-pulling, teaseful friend). biggrin

Hey! Just had to add my dubious opinion on cameras. I have the Canon Powershot and I LOVE it! All the pics in my journal have been taken with the 5 megapixel model. It is so easy to use and does a whole shit load of stuff that I haven't even started to learn about yet. Digital cameras are big, big fun! biggrin

oh yeah, sometimes when you write your things in MS Word and spellcheck it or stuff, you can copy and paste really cool things like the UMLAUT!!!! You can get accents and other font type stuff on words that you couldnt get just typing it into the textbox online.

Groove, Arc is a club down in tribeca. Danny Tenaglia spins every friday. They have their fair share of bigger name underground DJ's (yay paradox, lol) they usually dont have a liquor license so it does tend to have its 'fair share' of drugs and younger people because no liquor means .
