Almost got hit by a backing truck- yelled at the driver who showed no signs of remorse and accused ME! of not paying attention... (he was driving on the sidewalk...)
i was pretty pleased with myself for yelling at the sorry little bitch- i wouldn't have done that in the past.
this city changes you- thats the truth.
in other news- had 2 pears- both were good, first was better then the 2nd.
more food related items- a co-worker has an assorted tea box- they're all 'twinings'.
my favorite right now is 'Lady Grey'.
albeit causing some understandable homophobic reactions in the ol' psyche, i'm pretty happy about finding this blend- it's like 'earl grey' but with a tiny bit of added tang.

as my life revolves around food, i am now pre-occupied with thoughts of a sandwich!

I love R&G! It is one of the greatest scripts / movies ever! Tom Stoppard is genius. I really wish that this would come out on DVD. My copy is a ragged video tape taped off Bravo in the early 90s.
My boy and I play the Questions game when hiking and on roadtrips. He always kicks my ass.
Lady Grey..... eugh..... not what I was expecting...... though kinda nice in their green tea version. Mmmmmm "twinings" I'm quite addicted and have a huge packet in the kitchen cupboard right now..... in fact, now I want tea agggggh!
I suddenly feel (and sound) really really really British...... which is kinda unsuprising being as I am..... but I'm more a coffee drinking, subway eating, donught lovin' kinda gal
