Hey! Just had to add my dubious opinion on cameras. I have the Canon Powershot and I LOVE it! All the pics in my journal have been taken with the 5 megapixel model. It is so easy to use and does a whole shit load of stuff that I haven't even started to learn about yet. Digital cameras are big, big fun!

oh yeah, sometimes when you write your things in MS Word and spellcheck it or stuff, you can copy and paste really cool things like the UMLAUT!!!! You can get accents and other font type stuff on words that you couldnt get just typing it into the textbox online.

And the cops enforce it. . kinda. . . its more used to give them an excuse to go into a bar and start searching people and checking ids and collect ticket and fine $$. But it sucks....actually the most fucked up part is the wording of the law:

So technically tapping your hand to a song, bopping your head to a song while sitting, or, if they really want to be assholes, i guess they can misconstrew a musician tapping his/her foot to keep time as 'dancing' or some sort of breech of the law. Anyone seen Footloose? lolol

Groove, Arc is a club down in tribeca. Danny Tenaglia spins every friday. They have their fair share of bigger name underground DJ's (yay paradox, lol) they usually dont have a liquor license so it does tend to have its 'fair share' of drugs and younger people because no liquor means . Arc It used to be Vinyl a while back. Unfortunately its closing in april

I picked up the Tabla Beat Science DVD at Millenium Music. It was actually spotted by my boy. He has amazing karmic frequencies when thumbing through CDs. If I would have been hip to this gig, I totally would have flown down to San Francisco to be in attendance. It must have been mind blowing to see it live.

How was Karsh Kale live? Did he do mostly drum stuff or mixing or both?

(Teehee! I ran into Flux whilst shopping yesterday. First time that I have spotted an SG offline. She is so wee and was so gracious and cool. I got to compliment her personally on the day that her and Scylla's set went up. Yay! Got to love the SG community. )
