groove

Well, the long weekend draws to a close. I did get a chance to visit with family, although I wish that had gone a little smoother. My in-laws were driving me crazy, which happens all too often. Mostly because of the way they treat Mrs. Groove. You would think they would appreciate their lovely and successful daughter, but her family *loves* nothing more than to criticize her and dump their shit on her doorstep. I swear, it's like she's the teacher of a kindergarten class with her family. It just upsets me, because I know it bothers her, and there's not much I can do about it.

Sometime I'll tell you all about the time I told her father to shut up, step up, and be a man... that's a whole 'nother story...
