I consider degrees both celcius and farenheit. But, to say the least, it's true: When it hits 5 degrees celcius here, some people run around in shorts. I believe 5 celcius is like 40 farenheit. This is why no one will bother invading Canada. Not only is it frigid here half the year...we're all nuts! Cheers.
