If the koi tattoo was in black and white and maybe just a little stretched since obviously the belly is stretched it would look more realistic. The lines of the tat are almost too sharp too. But for a quick photoshop project, not bad at all it would have taken me much longer. I really shouldn't talk though because my photoshop skills are rusty!
