Now I've got the Quad Cities on my mind. Blech. On to tales of woe, fear, loathing, and beer drinking...

Made it up to lovely Allentown to partake in boozing and BBQ. Also a little bit of Billy Joel singing. OK, not really. We ate teriyaki steak, grilled eggplant and onion. Tasty...also, drank a shitload of homebrew and lightning Saki (saki with plumbwine). My head was sore by 10pm, which aint cool. Finally saw Hellboy (brilliant flick, I might add) and watched the unedited version of Kill Bill Vol. 1. In case you didnt know about that. Tarentino's original cut was released in Japan/Asia. More blood, gore, etc. that means the Black and white effects were removed. niiiiiiiice. Also watched some trippy Kaiju wrestling thing where folx wear the Ultrman monster costumes and get into backyard style wrestling antics. Lovely...

Ended last night with a trip to my grandparents to say 'hi', and then off to the Standard Tap for food and suds. Seriously...the drinking thing is about to finish for awhile.
