Vacation...all I ever wanted...vacation...time to get away!

Yeah, Im on vacation. Which just means I'm just sitting at home, fucking around for the most part. I did get up to Blue Mountain yesterday for my first Snowboarding trip of the year. Had a damn blast, to be honest. Although, my body feels like I was in a goddamn fight. I only took a spill once, but it was a damn doozy....coming off of a high speed turn, and I was trying to slow down for the lift load area. I overcompensated going from one edge to the other for a quick stop, and I took a dive. I was pinwheeling like you wouldnt believe. I'm surprised I didnt hurt myself, to be honest. Just a little banged up. Still, it was worth it!

And on another note, I finally bought a new pair of Doc Marten boots. First new pair of Doc's in 12 years. And I cannot believe how much pain my feet are in. The bridge of the foot is so stinking tight...I've never had to get a pair of Doc's oversized before, but I'm going to have to start from now on. Im thinking a MONTH to break these puppies in, and I'll be miserable every time I wear them.

Now, on to the rest of my vacation....which means doing shit.
