So this is my first blog on SG....
And what a day for it.. I was at the gym on Thursday working in the weights section.. (after not being at the guym for three years) BIG mistake. My arms and chest are killing me.
seriously. So NO gym next week, just hitting the pool.
And now I have dinner with friends... God Im going to struggle to lift the fork... hahaha

Having lived in the USA for a year I do miss all those massive noisy US sports..
