the no carb diets are the best..... i lost 25 pounds and have kept it off with limited carbs.

Very low carb, high fiber, low fat is what I'm doing. Its been working too but I got sloppy and also hit one of those nasty set points. I think, considering that absolutly nothing on you jiggles except what is suposed too, I'll take your advice and cut out all carbs for a while.
