Changing Lanes:
So, ZooYork sounds like they're biting for the skate deck project - which means happy money in my pocket, but by no means a solid job. I'm almost out of school, although a lot of design firms are requiring a lot of specialization that I can't really bring to the table without a couple different certification courses, and possibly some refresher classes at the local community college. I definately enjoy design, but job security is a HUGE issue with my desire to fully dedicate myself to it. My cost of living with my girlfriend and the likes is pretty low (i do, in fact, pay rent, and sex doesn't count), so i could definately survive if i decided to do some Barista action at the local starbucks.
If anyone knows any design firms in the northern california area that's interested in taking on a pixel monkey for at least $12 an hour starting, i'd be more than grateful.

Yeah, i'm actually blogging about my computer:
I finally got the majority of my programs installed onto the clean drive. Well, at least all my adobe products and my wacom tablet interface. I threw together a little piece of goodness for Mary. Now that I have the important tools installed, i can get to working on a couple prototype designs for laceyGlove's next potential tattoo. I hope she's semi-stoked about it.
