Took this photo yesterday as I was crossing the National Mall.

Love him or hate him this Pope is an amazing and inspiring man. I am humbled by his dedication to those in need. For me it is reminder of how fortunate I am and a reminder to be kinder and do more for those who are not.

He nailed it in his short speech @ the White House.

My mistake was not going down to the Mall this morning to watch the parade procession. I did not want to be bothered by the insane crowd from Popemageddon. What was I thinking?

I am truly in awe of Pope Francis.
