Well I started going back to the gym. Two days now. Not too soar but I'm taking it slow on purpose.
IDK WTF an arc trainer is but its the devil. It took me 17 minutes to run a mile, thats bull, and my heart rate hit 195, thats danergous.
So today I said fuck it and went to the eliptical and ran a 9.3 mile. a 6.3 and a 7 minute mile and my heart rate didnt go over 173 and averaged 165.
Then I did some upper body but due to my schedule I won't be going back much over the next several days, though this weekend is my 1 year with my gf so I think I'll still get a good workout
