Friday I skipped work to go watch Van Hellsing with my friends (all of them) which I haven't done in a LONG time... the movie was pretty good.
Saturday I watched a local independant wrestling event, which was fun, then I signed up to train. I start tomorrow.
I then went to homewrecker's for his party where I (ironically) wrecked his home. I didn't mean to, I was just clumsy the whole friggin night... then the alcohol made a bad situation worse. SO I told him to bring a baseball bat and go crazy when it's my turn to throw a party..
Sunday I went to the Staples Center to watch a wrestling Pay-Per-View event. It was a lot of fun, but my favorite wrestler was in the match that started the show (he really should be closer to the main event), and the main event itself never finished as the champiuon got himself disqualified... AGAIN!
This was the second straight time at a PPV in L.A. that they didn't finish the main event! I fell so used it's not even funny...
...But even those feelings didn't last long, as the champ dropped once the show was over. He got a BAD cut on his head during the match. I just didn't realize how much it affected him.
And no, this wasn't scripted. It happened once the show was over and the ref crossed his forearms to form an "X" (which is the sign to the trainers and REAL medical staff in the back to "get your asses out here").
Hopefully he's ok.
But that was what life was like down in L.A. this weekend.
How was your weekend?
