This week has just been bleh...
I've worked at 7/11 for six straight days due to the firing of another employee. Hopefully next week will be lighter.
On that note and moving to another, an old acquaintance of mine came in to apply for the job left vacated... he is currently training to be a pro-wrestler.
So we caught up briefly and he recomended a nice traing facilty to go to. I told him in a couple of months I'm there. Funny how things work out like that.
And today I picked up my hemmed (?) karate gi from my pals house for my costume in July and it looks kewl! I also found the right kind of handguards today online, so I ordered them. Alls I gotta do now is dye the gi and hand guards (once they arrive) and I'm all set! (well, the hair's gotta keep growing too)
Warning: Rant alert
I notice at work so many people trying the "Lo-Carb" thing and it just seems ridiculous.. I mean low carb bread? That's basically cardboard.
I mean before "the experts" said to eat such a ludicrous amount of carbs it was going to add weight to you.
Then some nut case says you don't need to eat carbs , so the people eating all the carbs suddenly cut back drastically and lose weight and everyone thinks it's the miracle cure for their laziness to excersize.
Jsut get out and excersize people. Get oof your asses and do the work. You aren't going to lose weight while you're sitting in front of the screen no matter what you cut back on, hell it's worse doing that because you're not getting all the nutrients you need.
Carbs are energy. Your body needs it. You don't need as much as "the experts" used to say, but you can't cut it out of your diet either. Just use common wense with what and how much you eat...
...and work a little too.
OK, it's safe now (sorry, I just had to get that off my chest).
Man, I should write here more often again so I don't have to write so much...

It's good to know you got a future in construction my friend,
'Cause you hit the nail right on the head.
