One week down of training. *Flex* feel good about it. Have a fit test on Wednesday and then the trainer on Saturday!
Decided I was going to try and eat a little better so hit the grocery and bought a lot of fruits, veggies, chicken breasts and ground turkey instead of beef or pork. I need to drop this weight and get myself in shape for dating and for Spartan.
