The tongue of an ungrateful child may be sharper than a serpent's tooth, but it has NOTHING on the tooth of a young feral cat.
I rescued two (about 5-6 months old) outside last weekend, and got a fair bit of a mauling in the process. I've only been able to type with any decent speed again today. However, slowly but surely, I heal. And given that they had no hope otherwise, I can stand to lose a bit of blood. No rabies, no feline leukemia, I think I've had my bit of luck for a while. No if I can just get them to accept humans...
Especially given that the female is already pregnant. *sigh*
I think I will name them "Phantom" and "Winter". Bonus if you figure the name source. ;)
Pictures soon.
