Why do I get the blues the day before my birthday??? I'm not worried about getting older or freaked out about my age...but I am so sad today that I just want to go hide under my bed till the weekend is over!!!

I think a big part of it blues is all of the stress that I have going on and then add my usual holiday blues. You get one big baby. I want to cry but I don't even have the engery to do that.
