oh, well. still off due to my wrist. i went to hospital on wednesday to see an orthapedist. he sayd that cause i don't get so much pain anymore due to my physiotherapy, there not going to do anything for the moment. also my physiotherapist said that i don't need to have anymore treatments cause it won't get rid of it totally and she's done as much as she can. but now, cause i the hospital won't take it out or syringe it, and my physio won't help it anymore, i still have the ganglian. which means if i go back to work, there's the chance that it might flair up again and i'm back to square one. also, my work place said i can't come back to work until i can do ALL the jobs required of me. so, when my doctor gets the information back from the hospital, he then has to decide if i can go back to work and do all the jobs. but, he said to me, if they say i am ok, and i go back to work and my wrist plays up again, he might be liable. so god knows whats going to happen there.
but, on a good note, i have been afford the job as a care assistant and do a weeks worth of training on the 6th september. then i can start working weekends for them and maybe get a full time job so that i can then quit the job i have now. and do something that is helping people.
another thing that i just found out today is that my dad is back driving lorries again. which means he is getting contacts again where he gets things dirt cheap. he just got a load of FLY LONDON shoes and has given me and both my brothers a pair each. these are the ones he gave us. in white. so that was good. he made the money up from selling the rest he brought. basically he buys them dirt cheap and flogs them making a bit of profit. and then gives me and my brother some if he makes enough money. don't you just love parents sometimes. have to admit, they are the most comfortable shoes i own. there snug .
haven't done much else lately due to lack of money cause i'm only being paid sick pay. i might go down bristol on monday to see my mum. keeps me from being lonely and bored for the next week.
anyway, hope you lot are good. hope to see you all soon .

Anyways, The Wedding Present were the utmost perfect band ever. Really the only true indie band next to the Smiths. Although, very different music to the Smiths. VERY emotional, heart wrenching stuff. Intense though. Where the smiths lacked intensity the Wedding Present made up for it and more. Very loud intense... can't really explain more than that.
They were all from Yorkshire, and David Gedge the singer really lets his accent shine through. He's got an incredible singing voice. And very English. But not a london accent like most english bands that actually sing in an english accent. Very northern. It's hot. and heartmelting and just, well, perfect
Look up Seamonsters or Bizaro or they have a collection of singles called "The Hit Parade" on CD. That's the a-sides and b-sides. In the mid 90s they released one limited edition 7" every month for a year. Every month they were propelled into the top 10 because they had such a crazy and dedicated fan base. This garunteed them one spot on Top of the Pops every single month. So, it got coined "The Hit Parade" they're amazing amazing songs. Easily their best. So yeah, that's my favourite CD of theirs.
Erm... I'll go now
