Im making insane money doing apartment building maintenance. Aparently I am the only person that they have had in years that actually wants to fix things correctly. Frustrating but good good money and I learn new things daily. I used to think I would be wasting my brain away doing this shit but I get to use it a lot and I get to be creative.
That said, I would rather have a job for the greater good. My areas of specialty is property management, recycling, energy, and overall environmental hippie PLUS I understand how business works.
