Got back from Idaho a few weeks ago, found my broken home, wasn't as bad as I thought. But still invasion of privacy and the taking of my stuff, even tho its only physical things. Got new TVs, a reluctant new laptop, I wasn't but I kinda tested my net book's strength with my fire truck, but thats another story.
Anyway, the day that would have been my last day of fire for the year, before the end of the day did not become my last day. instead, I got a call as I was falling asleep for a nap from my boss. A last minute order came in for us to go to Texas. So I quickly packed my stuff and headed back to work. Needless to say, after a day and a half of driving, I'm back at the same station I was at when I worked for Texas Forest Service. Its been slow so far, but im sure things will pick up soon.
