Ok so I just read in the goth group that Bauhaus is breaking up for good. People said it was sad, but I'm not pussyfooting around this. Here's a nice repost if you would like to read plus a pic from my bday!:

I might get crucified for saying this, but I don't think it's sad, I think it's about time they go and get other things done. Sometimes these elder bands get up there and just make themselves look really ridikulus! I saw Bauhaus like 2 years ago and also the Sisters of Mercy I think the same year. It was cool, being I was too young to see them the first time. But with racked voices, over played hits and a militant and commerical energy surrounding the venues, it really lost it's appeal that I had in my mind. It's as if Jimmy Hendrix was alive today hawking the next body spray or Sid Vicious making a guest apperance on desperate housewives. Or should I say, "Desperate Over teh Hill rockstars." As Blxa Bargeld says, "Alle Idole mssen sterben" I hope Morrissey is reading this! Good night and thank you.
