I got conned into going to Jazzfest thurs-sunday by the lady and blew off the steam I needed to.......I dont think she was ready for my crazy family that lives there and my aunt who likes mushrooms and cooks like a gourmet chef. We ate like royalty, drank like pirates. My aunt and Jess took off for most of the day friday and came back with things I need for the house.

Oh and I did buy a house, closed this am....I decided on the bouldin neighborhood. Found a nice joint with an outbuilding I can use for a studio. With some additions to it will work out right. I can have a shop to build eq's with and fix the odd amp when I need to.

2 weeks to down under, I feel good going with Jess she is a great companion and no drama. And I got the thumbs up from the aunt.....Juss what cha need right dea.....I heard that all weekend........So my uncle is driving the stuff over they got and we continue on here in austin......I am going to take them out to the salt lick bbq and head out to the pedernales studio to show that off too......

Life is good so far........cant complain for once.......
