Welp I spent the day wandering/pondering the Bouldin Neighborhood, some nice places.......looked at a couple of houses by Dan Day. A bit out of my price range but they are building some in my range over the winter, trying to stay sub 350k which is hard I am finding for the neighborhood I am looking for. Decent sized place with a detached building would be good for a workshop.

I also met with the Building owner to sign the lease and he said that they are turning the place into condos.....so I have to clear out the studio and soundproofing, wiring and equipment. Not good news. But lots of places are available he said he can help me there in one of his other properties......Not what you want to hear I can say that.......

So back to limbo, I got baked and walked the neighborhood, hit a local watering hole for a little q n a session and headed back to the condo, at least it is on the lake and not too bad........

Tomorrow I have to rent a truck and clean out the joint, nice of the previous tenant to tell me that.....He will get a nice phone call this evening......

But I will be up in Pedernales for a couple of days, recording and that is always a shit kickin good time......On that bright note, Kim went to see her folks back in CO......I have a funny feeling about that trip......her folks are pretty conservative and dont like my sinful ways.......but I is who I is......and if they disapprove of us fuck em I say.

If anything I will move to vancouver island and count seal farts........
