A giant fresh bologna slab filled with your choice 1 meat 1 filler and 1 sauce. Then flash fried in delicious hog fat, and smothered with your choice of gravy or a dollop of butter.
Served with choice of 1 side.

Chinese Bologna log
We start with a giant fried bologna slab dripping with butter. Then fill it with frozen cubed bologna, wontons, and Chinese mustard. Then to give it that far east flare, we smother it with crab jelly! Served ice cold with poached eggs.
