Buen jueves comunidad SG
El día de hoy les traigo un blog un poco diferente al resto.
Siempre he remarcado la cantidad de variedad que hay dentro de esta comunidad, la cantidad de apoyo, la cantidad de amor, un lugar donde me siento más que solo un cuerpo que expresa su erotismo frente a una cámara.
Por esto mismo es que hoy vengo a contarles por qué me extravié tanto tiempo y siempre tratando de dar visibilidad a la salud mental, que para mi siempre ha sido tan importante como la física.
Tuve unas semanas un tanto complicadas, mi ánimo y mi motivación para cosas muy cotidianas parecía el titanic solo que constantemente hundiéndose y regresando nuevamente a flotar, para volver a hundirse hasta que el lunes pasado simplemente se hundió. Terminé cosechando el haberme guardado tanto tiempo el malestar que sentía y que me impedía tener tranquilidad y enfocarme en la realidad.
Estuve una semana internada en un instituto de salud mental y hoy estoy de vuelta, (re)naciendo, (re)construyendome y con el mensaje de no dejen que sea demasiado tarde para buscar ayuda, y si a la primera no la encuentran no se rindan.
Hoy tengo una nueva oportunidad y quiero compartirla a full con ustedes con todo lo que venía planeando cuando fuera parte de esta comunidad y que este suceso atrasó todo más.
No se queden en silencio.

Good Thursday SG community
Today I bring you a blog a little different from the rest.
I have always remarked on the amount of variety that exists within this community, the amount of support, the amount of love, a place where I feel more than just a body that expresses its eroticism in front of a camera.
That is why today I come to tell you why I was lost for so long and always trying to give visibility to mental health, which for me has always been as important as physical health.
I had a few somewhat complicated weeks, my mood and my motivation for very everyday things seemed like the titanic only constantly sinking and floating again, to sink again until last Monday it simply sank. I ended up reaping the fact that I had kept the discomfort I felt for so long and that it prevented me from being calm and focusing on reality.
I was hospitalized for a week in a mental health institute and today I am back, (re)born, (re)building myself and with the message of not letting it be too late to seek help, and if the first time they do not find it, they do not render.
Today I have a new opportunity and I want to share it fully with you with everything that I was planning when I was part of this community and that this event delayed everything more.
Don't be silent.
