So officially broken up with dumbass ex-bf. He's going to Arkansas to live with a fantasy-girl he's loved since summer camp for a month to "see if his feelings for her are real." And I am looking for a new place to live. And finding things to do, people to hang out with, a life to live, etc. Doing pretty good: hanging with grad school friends, improv friends, went to a neat movie at the Brooklyn Underground Film Fest last night...
It's nice to feel like life is full of possibilities instead of being stuck in the past (see dumbass above). I call it my "Something's Comin'" feeling, like the West Side Story song. Here's hoping that continues, and that I don't smoke myself into a nice case of summer bronchitis.
