Hit the bench yesterday. Hard. Then took a long jog/run through the golf course thats by my house. Felt fucking great. I'm back into the old routine, the goal for now is to gain the 15 pounds (in two months) I lost during the last 3 months. Wizdom teeth, work, and the other gazillion things that I had to do took their toll.
