I love celebrities who get all indingnant that people aren't helping the victims of the Hurricane, that we, as citizens are allowing these people to slip further into poverty when they are sitting on millions of dollars, eating a 50 dollar breakfast of god knows what prepared by a personal assistant when most of us live with a buffer of maybe a thousand dollars in the bank and they expect us to give what little we have to help the victims. Don't get me wrong, I dropped off some extra clothes and some canned goods but what can I do? Look at Kevin Smith, I mean he is a God here, right? But what is he doing? He is auctioning off a barbque at his house and a walk on for the clerks 2 movie, each for 500 bucks. Why the hell won't he give a million dollars and live on a couple hundred grand for one year? Hell, I don't know how much he makes but it is a few hundred times what I make, I am sure. Cher is on CNN, which is what set me off, btw, and Dr. Phil, the quack, telling people to give what they ca. Hell, if we ccan give a hundred dollars they should give an equal percentage which would be millions compared to what we have. Damn it must be nice to live in such an idealized world where all I hav to do is spend five minutes talking on a cell phone to a news channel and not have to spend a dime. Not to mention the press I would get. You know what? Fuck celebrities who try to make me feel bad because I am poor and can't do what they should do in the first place. Fuck them all. And God damn it. The world isn't a strawberry shortcake perfect world where everybody is rich and beautiful like in Hollywood. The rest of the world is tough and hard and everybody you meet barely says hello to you let alone kisses your ass, so kiss my ass Cher!
