On the way home last night I fucked up my car. We'll just say that I swerved off the road to avoid a "deer" and ended up driving through the ditch for a moment. Fuck! Mo' problems mo' money I gotta spend!.................... Oh well, such is life.
On the brighter side of things, I will be doing the movie shoot in Wilmington today. I called the director and let them know about my dilemma and may have caused some concern. They told me that they may replace me, but I gave them a call and let them know my car is driveable and will make it. So we'll see what happens. The girl will be out of town for the rest of the weekend too.... .... .... .... shit, I guess even the bright side looks dim.
I wish life would stop throwing me curveballs and change it up so I could finally hit a homerun. Sorry for the stupid baseball analogy.
I guess that's why I relate so well to hockey.....no matter how many times you get knocked down, you gotta just get up and keep grinding it out 'till the end. Hopefully, it will all pay off. I won't stop until it does.
