well i just learned that i wont get a bonus or a raise this year,that sucks....especially when we are one of the top stores in the country....this is the third year in a row....and to top it off ,my boss told me that he turned in our review and the distict mgr told him to redo them they were rated to high...this from a dm weve known for three months and only seen twice....what the hell....i hate corperate bullshit...ive got to go back in business for myself...at least that way i dictate if i suceed or fail....peace mad

Dude that sucks. I hate managers that think reviews should be on bell curve. If eveyone did above average then everyone should get an above average rating and raise.... It's not like they want to hire and keep below average employees. Honestly, I think the majority of managers get their managment style by watching Mr. Spacely on the Jetsons. I have been with my company almost 7 years and they have yet to give me my goal before the last week of quarter. If I get a bonus it is based on how much my boss likes me the day before. Total BS.
