well i just learned that i wont get a bonus or a raise this year,that sucks....especially when we are one of the top stores in the country....this is the third year in a row....and to top it off ,my boss told me that he turned in our review and the distict mgr told him to redo them they were rated to high...this from a dm weve known for three months and only seen twice....what the hell....i hate corperate bullshit...ive got to go back in business for myself...at least that way i dictate if i suceed or fail....peace
