I got to do some interviews yesterday and I think I'm doing some more today.

It's amazing how you can so quickly get a feel for a person just by asking a few key questions and how they react to them.

I really hope we get the whole fire and hire thing worked out soon though, since our busy seasons is coming up fast.

I definatly don't want to get screwed out of potential summer fun stuff due to staff issues.
