I see myself pulling out of a downward spiral. My calves and arms are gaining definition, as is everywhere but my midsection which decreases slightly with each passing week. I've now begun a vegetarian lifestyle. My liking of steak has only been pronounced for the past six months. It is easily something I can resist. My real issues will be with avoiding chicken. I love it. Its absolutely delicious. I am already someone who does not eat anything off the bone -- it feels gruesome to me. So I don't eat chicken legs, drum sticks, or the like. I loathe pork, and like tofu. There really isn't anything else holding me back other than chicken. I am now going to read a variety of online anti-chicken essays to aid me in my decision. Anyone have anything against chickens? Let me know.
Wish me luck, and wish that I stay away from the deceitfully vegetarian spaghettiOs.

If you stay off the chicken for a couple of months you will probably start to dislike it. That's what happened with me and beef. I still don't like chicken anymore, and prefer the Morningstar Farms "chicken" tenders.... mmmm soo good with honey mustard.
