Scourge Of The Pitt: A Fallout Tale.
This is what I have written thus far.
The year is 2279. The Lone Wanderer from Vault 101 successfully continued onward with Project Purity after their father, James,
had sacrificed himself in order for his work to continue. The Enclave has been all but removed from the Capital Wasteland, and
the Super Mutant problem in D.C. Ruins has seemingly been handled. Although the Lone Wanderer had traveled to The Pitt during
their adventures, and seemingly handled the distress call, another distress call has been heard from the radioactive area.
Elder Lyons lies on his deathbed in the Citadel, and Paladin Lyons is distraught over her father's near end. Suddenly an alarm
blares throughout the area, and an army of Super Mutants is heading its way towards the Citadel. Elder Lyons clenches onto Sarah
to speak his last words. He tells the story of The Scourge and why noone should go back to The Pitt to save it.
The scene changes to the year 2254, set in the New California Republic at the Lost Hills bunker in what once was Southern California.
A group of old men conversate within the bunker at a table late at night. Elder Jeremy Maxson sits at the head of this round table,
nodding and agreeing with the others. The Elders are discussing Paladin Owen Lyons' mission details. After a few minutes, one of
the Elders motions to one of the guards to bring Lyons in. Lyons walks in front of the table and the Elders speak to him about his
mission, which is to travel as far east as Washington, D.C., as to recover any and all advanced technology left in what was once
the nation's capital and investigate the reports of large amounts of Super Mutant activity in the area. Along the way he is to
reestablish contact with the Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel branch and tell them to return to Lost Hills. His group will be made
of a small group of Brotherhood of Steel members so far consisting of himself, his 3 year old daughter Sarah, technology expert Scribe
Rothchild, Star Paladin Cross, Paladin Casdin, Paladin Ashur, Knight Commander Tristan, Junior Knight Colvin, and Junior Paladin Gunny.
The Elders instruct them to prepare to leave within a week.
