where is the most common place to see christmas trees sold (at least in my area/experience)?
next to a firehouse.

ccording to Dr. Robert S. Fleming, a professor of management at Rowan University, Glassboro, N.J., and a nationally recognized authority on fire and emergency preparedness, the United States Fire Administration said fires during the holiday season each year claim the lives of more than 400 people, injure 1,650 more, and cause more than $990 million in damage within the United States.

there was an episode of mythbusters where they tried to set a christmas tree on fire by leaving the lights on and not watering it. it didn't work. they ended up torching it and when it caught it went up like crazy. the whole thing burned in like 3 seconds. don't try this at home folks.
merry christmas.
