The concert on thurs was quite lovely. We got there just as My Chemical Romance hit the stage so I was happy. We were running late but the transit system was actually running on perfect time so I was all . They didn't sound as good as they could have but, given the lack of energy from the audience, I won't hold that against them .

When Green Day hit the stage went fabulously. I haven't seen them since back at Edgefest so I was glad to see they still had a shitload of energy. Hitchin' a Ride is one of those songs I somehow haven't OD'd on despite listening to it many, many times.

Truly, a great show. Especially since my best friend from my hometown came up and provided me with the ticket.

NOTE: I find it interesting that I seem unable to put up an entry without immediately editing some error I made (for example, "Stage 13" instead of "Edgefest"). Clearly, I need to work on my writing process.
