I made a giant update and it was deleted. This makes me sad. As such, witness the short version.
My roommate's tires were slashed. This makes me sad. Broken windows to get in I understand. Maybe even a keying of a trunk, graffiti, that sort of thing. But slashing both the front tires? It makes me wonder if we've pissed somebody off and this is how they are showing it. I hope not.
In other news, I wish that I was less a perfectionist. I spent four days working on an assignment which ended up being just marginally better than it was when I started working. As a result I spent at least two of those days beating my head against a wall (literally, at one point, as the people in my CMPUT 411 lab) and having no fun. If not for cordy getting me away from code every now and again... it always astounds me how my personality seems to change when I've been coding for a while.
I finally lost one of my standby excuses for not having a tattoo. I've been saying "I don't know what I'd get" for a very long time... but then I jokingly mentioned to a friend that I figure some Magic the Gathering stuff or Warcraft bits would be appropriate.
Worst part is I actually believe it.
As a result, I'm down to just the "I don't have the money" excuse, which I guess will hold me until June, but after that I don't know what'll happen. Probably more me without a tatto but that's being pessimistic.

It's all about the hard work of rock and roll.
I'm pretty sure I've told you to learn way too much Jawbreaker already... but I love them so.
