Well then, I arrived in Halifax safely, despite learning first hand why one must not fly with a hangover. Nothing 2 Tylenol couldn't fix though.
After landing, I discovered that we could have planned the trip a bit better, as the first item on the agenda was a 6 hour drive out to Sydney to catch a bit of the East Coast Music Awards, which my brother was running crew for. It's days like this I'm glad I don't do tech... he worked (with 3 hours of break) from 10am until 6am on sunday and we had to check out of the hotel by 11 (well, we made it out by noon?).
I got to go to the after party last (Sunday) night though, which was awesomeness. I've decided that my next band needs bagpipes and a fiddle; I'm really enjoying the east coast sound.
Gotta go unpack stuff though... later all!
