I suppose I ought to update since it has been almost a week.
The American election has come and gone, my second week of work occurred, and I spent lots of time with a certain lady.
It's weird; I feel like I'm in some sort of limbo. I always seem to have stuff to do yet I somehow manage to waste staggering amounts of time doing essentially nothing at all. I could try and figure out why that works, but I'd rather just enjoy it while it lasts.
The nice part about time becoming more an abstract concept than an absolute for me is that I can pretend that time is flying and I'll be done this freakin' semester in no time at all. It's happened before; I end up in classes that don't really interest me and I can't wait for them to be finished. Never have my grades suffered so much in the process, but at least I know it'd take a lot for me to screw up now (by "a lot" I mean a breakdown or me choosing to stop attending class).
In other news, is it wrong to like the "Shrek" movies as much as I do? I bought the box set yesterday and found myself in for 2 hours (or so) of heaven watching it once more. Funny script, solid soundtrack and impressive technical feats... It's good times says I.
Off to karaoke for me now. Methinks next week a trip to Suburbs should be a priority.... we'll see, I suppose.

Just look at the non-cuddling as a motivation to get your homework done and get on to more pleasant things.
And yes, I am Brad Pitt (if not better I might say) but that doesn't do me much good if the girl I want is thousands of miles away.
We need to get ourselves and Ocean's Eleven-esque crew together. You could easily be a suave George Clooney. We already have a big guy with ulcers... Now we need midget Chinese contortionist...
