I don't like getting up at 7 and I kinda feel bad about the laxness at work but I love my coworkers. I don't like what it suggests for my future; we have 2 B.Sc Computer Science kids working maintenance as well as one guy with a Diploma in Acting. I almost don't care though since I'm getting paid to hang out with my friends all day.
Also, my love for Wendy's frosties has reached an almost irrational level. Fortunately, they are cheap.
It was a friend's birthday party last night so I finally had an excuse to go out. I have been discovering lately that I have returned to my default state of almost crippling social misfitism. I would argue that the bar environment is non-conductive to breaking into a new social group but in the end of the day it all worked out and I had a great time.
Do any of you edmontonians know of a jazz society in Edmonton that would be interested in supporting an amateur (and I mean AMATEUR) jazz band? I have a full card of musicians but no music and these people aren't ready for improv off real books yet.
