Okay, so maybe those artsy fartsy foriegn films are a bit too weird for me. I didn't understand the one I watched last night- "the piano teacher." -- and the ending was just too vague... although some of the movie was.., interesting?
It's weird visiting friends from high school who you no longer have anything in common with. I mean, what do you talk about? You can reminse, I guess- but that gets old quick.
And... I never realized how white-trashy new jersey was until I was away from it for so long. God, this place is a sitcom tv show without any help. No offense to people who live here. Heck, I'm sure I'm part white-trash jerseyite myself and I will be that way for the rest of my life. But- geezus. This place is scary... late night at dennys... lots of fat white guy and ridiculously skinny white girls with hair dyed way too blonde. Yes, I know- scary.
