I haven't had a photo taken of me in a while. So when a local photographer contacted me TFP on my old onemodelplace profile, I said- what the heck- i need some new photos of me anyway. So today, I have a photoshoot. This should be fun. I'm meeting the guy in the city at 2:30. So if I disappear y'all can tell the po-lice where I went.
-- It should be fine, though. The guy seems legit. I really like his photos too-- b&w film. I'm very much looking forward to seeing what he comes up with. Sometimes, I wish I were actually tall enough and skinny enough to be a model. I'm actually satisfied w/ my body weight right now, and I'm estatic that I'm finally a size 8 (as opposed to 10 or 12, which I was for as long as I can remember.) The only thing I'm not satisfied with right now is my gut-- I definitely have a flabby stomach, and it would be great to have a flat one so I could do the whole bikini thing. I've always wanted to look hot in a bikini. -- Anyway, I think being a model would be a fun career for a while. And besides the fact that it's probably impossible to loose enough weight to be thin enough, I just can't get taller no matter how much I try. Oh well. Some things just weren't meant to be. ![smile](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/smile.0d0a8d99a741.gif)

I have foun it hard to get good tonal ranges when converting colour, but I have had some nice results with Google's free program Picasa. This is as good or better than the Photoshop filters I am testing, which are set to match films like Ilford FP4.
I like lustrous tones and sometimes quite high contrast images. I hope you like these conversions.
The second one from top is my favourite.
