Good day today.
I ran a 5K today after almost 3 months off
because of illness and shin splints.

Felt great.

Now Beer,tacos and tequilla.
Staying in tonight instead of the usual halloween bar hop.
Scary movies and ghost stories and some raunchy sex is much better
