Hello from Gitzie and her faithful canine companion Chai!
I wish I wasn't so busy so I would have more time to chat with everyone here! Adamsaperture shot an adorable set of Nova__ and I, so I'll post some better sneak peaks in a little bit!
It's super steamy and a little bit slippery
On a side note, I've been on a good one with music lately! I went my first show at the iconic Soda Bar and saw these three great bands:
Inspired and the Sleep
Song Preservation Society
The Melodic
If you like Psychedelic Lo-Fi Pop and/or Folk Rock, these guys are super talented!
And tomorrow I get to see Rogue Wave at the Belly Up Tavern
So excited!
And then in about two weeks, I'm going to Outside Lands 2013 in San Francisco. Anyone going? I can't wait, I get to finally see Vampire Weekend!
Some other bands I've been on a good one with lately are:
Alt-J (amazing, my all time favorite band)
Locksley
Christopher Owens
Surfer Blood
Tame Imapala
Father John Misty
Heavy Hawaii
I also recently started playing piano again, it feels absolutely amazing to have piano keys underneath my fingers. And I acquired a bass guitar, so I've been teaching myself how to play that as well! Super fun time, a great place to focus all my erratic, nervous energy.
Anyways, my sets River Nymph and Ethereal Being shot by Adamsaperature and Milloux respectively are still in Member Review! I really like both of these sets, so I hope you all do too!
